There is an error on the service sheets for the Nigel Mansell No.5 Williams Renault and the Aryton Senna No.1 McLaren MP4-7 Honda. The part numbers for the wing mirrors are switched. The Senna sheet shows W9900 as the wing mirrors, and the Mansell sheet shows W9904 as the mirrors, however, the parts within the packs are obviously for the other cars.
